The programme
I led the partner-portal work from operating problem through product structure, interaction direction, and delivery. The repository shows a real authenticated product rather than a sign-in concept: portfolio-scoped access, responsive navigation, localisation, persisted display preferences, guided onboarding, and production deployment safeguards.
One measured dashboard
A single financial-data read powers the filter bar, KPI row, monthly chart, and detailed table, so every view of the portfolio answers from the same measured source. Filters work instantly in the browser, large scopes fold at the edge, and unavailable data is named instead of being filled with invented zeroes.
Capital as a workflow, not another report
The capital area follows merchant cash advances from eligibility through offer, application, acceptance, disbursement, remittance, and attention states. Performance and application views share the same filter model, with drill-in history and explicit empty states for operational clarity.
Access designed around reach
Portal owners manage who can enter, which portfolios and partners they can see, and whether they are an internal admin or scoped portal user. The access register, filters, bulk actions, and side-panel editor turn a sensitive permissions model into a legible workflow.
Delivery quality
The product carries ValPay Partners’ blue design system across desktop and mobile, supports four interface languages, protects financial surfaces from session replay, and uses server-side scope enforcement. The gallery sketches are reconstructed from repository components with masked values and generic entities so no merchant data is exposed.
Outcome
Partner Portal replaces fragmented partner reporting with a coherent self-serve product and a maintainable foundation for live performance, statements, capital, and access management.
