ValPay Admin Console
Concept redesign
A concept refresh for internal operations, exploring clearer statements, transaction investigation, monitoring, and access-control workflows.

The programme
I led a concept refresh for the Admin Console, exploring how finance, support, operations, and platform teams could work across statements, merchant performance, investigations, monitoring, and access control. The work presents a proposed product direction, not a deployed replacement.
Statement operations in one place
The concept brings statement search, merchant-level records, PDF generation, paid and publish states, and bulk actions into one proposed workflow. Scope and permission boundaries are made visible before an operator would take action.
Trace a transaction across systems
The investigation concept traces a payment reference across related operational feeds. The proposed results are read-only, grouped by source, with deeper inspection and export paths for specialist work.
Permissions that match the product
The access-control concept makes required permissions, grouped sections, change states, and reset paths easier to understand. These are design intentions; the concept refresh is not evidence of live enforcement.
A platform, not a dashboard
The refresh explores a common design language for monitoring, merchant analytics, and internal workflows. Gallery sketches use masked values and generic entities to communicate the direction without exposing operational data.
Outcome
The result is a concept refresh that gives stakeholders a concrete product direction to evaluate. Production rollout and measured operational outcomes are outside the scope of this concept.
