Shopify is where I learned to think merchant-first. I consulted with businesses and technical partners on configuring, launching, and growing their stores: thousands of conversations about what actually confuses people.
I led a lead-data project for the Enterprise Sales team that surpassed objectives by 200%, trained new agents, and was selected for a cross-departmental ‘Bridging the Gap’ session across product, sales, and support.
Every product decision I make today still starts with the question I learned there: what would a merchant do with this?
