Role and scope

Google Workspace · Zeffy · TechSoup · New/Mode (2024)

I served as a digital communications and IT board director from March 2023 to December 2024. I continue to provide occasional volunteer support.

That meant reducing infrastructure costs, migrating the team to Google Workspace, building a new website, and implementing fundraising through Zeffy. I also implemented New/Mode for advocacy campaigns and petitions in 2024. The supplied screenshots show the current site; the petition screenshot uses Action Network, a different platform from my 2024 implementation.

Small organizations need the same discipline as large ones: clear scope, sensible tools, and follow-through. CADA was where I practiced all three.
