I volunteered with the Canadian Artisan Dairy Alliance, running the kind of unglamorous programs that keep a non-profit healthy.
That meant reducing infrastructure costs, migrating the team to Google Workspace, building a new website, and implementing fundraising through Zeffy.
Small organizations need the same discipline as large ones: clear scope, sensible tools, and follow-through. CADA was where I practiced all three.
