Speed only matters if you’re building the right thing, so every shortcut stays grounded in real customer data and feedback loops.
This approach shaped how I run programs too: coordinating roadmaps, sprint planning, and release cycles across product, engineering, and compliance in Jira and Confluence, with async alignment in Notion and Slack.
