I use AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, and Vercel v0 to compress the distance between an idea and something customers can touch. Prototypes that used to take weeks now take days, sometimes hours.

Speed only matters if you’re building the right thing, so every shortcut stays grounded in real customer data and feedback loops.

This approach shaped how I run programs too: coordinating roadmaps, sprint planning, and release cycles across product, engineering, and compliance in Jira and Confluence, with async alignment in Notion and Slack.
